5. Fees and Payments
- Pricing: Fees are as set out in the proposal / invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, fees do not include applicable taxes.
- Payment Terms: 100% upfront payment during checkout or start of the contract period.
- Late Payments: If payment is late, we may suspend or cease Services until overdue amounts are paid. Late payment may also incur interest or fees, as permitted by law.
6. No Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property
